This is of course easier said that done but with a few simple items and or tasks daily, you can achieve all that your heart's desires as long as they are for you. To figure out what is a want and what is truly a need, you've got to first give yourself permission to stop. Stop to breathe, stop to reflect, stop to appreciate, stop to learn, stop to plan, stop to organize, stop to prepare, stop to actually start.
