Each day we have small victories and revelations as to whether we are moving in the path that we are chosen for or not. It is up to us to take a second at the end of each day to reflect on the day's small nuances and idiosyncrecies that when put together paint a picture by numbers. Take 5 minutes at the end of every day for you. Note what worked, what could be done better and what you may need to learn more about in order to help you along your life's journey. With these high temps, please make sure you are doing all you can to stay hydrated. We can become so busy having the summer of our lives and forget that our bodies are made of mostly water. Please keep the water flowing. 1 gallon per day is the goal. Slowly increase your intake up to this so you can experience the changes in how you feel as well as the reduction of hunger and cravings as you revive your body with what it needs.
